Responsibilities
The Head of Human Capital acts as a strategic architect: crafting and leading everything related to human capital, playing a crucial role in shaping the organization's HR landscape and fostering a dynamic and supportive work environment for sustained success. The Head of Human Capital will be responsible for overseeing these departments:
- Talent acquisition
- Human capital business partner
- Talent management (internal mobility, training, development)
- Performance & people data
- Organizational development
- Culture
- Employer branding & internal communications

Pekerjaan yang lumayan ekstensif, sehingga pengalaman & jam terbang yang lumayan tinggi diperlukan. Aku bayangin orangnya pasti akan mencari orang yang at least pernah punya pengalaman jadi lead sebelumnya, dan sudah pernah di 70% dari semua sub-divisi yang disebutkan di atas.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in human resources, with a focus on talent acquisition, talent management, and organizational development (or have had experience in 70% of the departments mentioned above).
- Having leadership experience in human capital department(s) is highly preferable.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and industry trends.
- Passionate about people and have exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in HR analytics and people data management.
- Demonstrated success in building and maintaining a positive organizational culture.
