Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Developing and implementing HR & GA strategies and initiatives aligned with the company’s business strategy.
- Responsible in managing all HR & GA daily activities inc. compensation & benefit, employee relations, performance appraisal, employee development & career path, recruitment, coaching & counseling, administrations, government relation, training, purchasing, workplace safety, company’s permit, license etc.
Kualifikasi
- Min. Bachelor's degree in related field
- Min. 7 years working experience as HRD & GA Head/Manager preferable in hospitality industry.
- Solid understanding of Human Resources & General Affair area.
- Computer literate inc. Microsoft Excel advance level.
- Strong analytical and decision-making abilities
- Self starter & work independently with minimal supervisions.
- Effective leadership qualities.
- Effective communication skill.
