Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Prepare and manage financial statements and tax reporting.
- Handle regulatory reporting to OJK and support external audits.
- Lead financial planning and budgeting (RKAP, cash flow).
- Provide financial analysis and insights to management.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
- At least 7 years of experience in finance/accounting, including 3 years in a managerial role.
- Prior experience in a BPR or Microfinance Institution is required.
- Strong understanding of PSAK (Indonesian GAAP), OJK regulations, and key BPR financial ratios (CAR, NPL, BOPO, etc.).
- Experienced in preparing financial statements and tax reports (Brevet A & B certification is an advantage).
