Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Prepare and manage financial statements and tax reporting.
Handle regulatory reporting to OJK and support external audits.
Lead financial planning and budgeting (RKAP, cash flow).
Provide financial analysis and insights to management.

Kualifikasi

Minimum Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
At least 7 years of experience in finance/accounting, including 3 years in a managerial role.
Prior experience in a BPR or Microfinance Institution is required.
Strong understanding of PSAK (Indonesian GAAP), OJK regulations, and key BPR financial ratios (CAR, NPL, BOPO, etc.).
Experienced in preparing financial statements and tax reports (Brevet A & B certification is an advantage).
