Job Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing a comprehensive e commerce strategy aligned with overall business goals.
- Analyzing market trends and customer behavior to identify opportunities.
- Selecting and managing the e commerce platform.
- Ensuring optimal website performance and user experience.
- Overseeing website design, development, and maintenance.
- Developing and executing digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Managing digital advertising campaigns and budgets.
- Building and maintaining a strong online brand presence.
- Driving online sales growth and achieving revenue targets.
- Optimizing product listings and pricing strategies.
- Implementing effective conversion rate optimization (CRO) tactics.
- Providing exceptional customer service through various digital channels.
- Managing order fulfillment, shipping, and returns processes.
- Implementing customer loyalty programs and retention strategies.
- Analyzing e commerce data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Providing regular performance reports to stakeholders.
Kualifikasi
Job Requirements
- Strong track record in ecommerce leadership, preferably in the retail industry.
- In-depth knowledge of ecommerce platforms, digital marketing channels, and online customer behavior.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, build relationships, and collaborate across departments.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Understanding of web technologies, analytics tools, and ecommerce platforms.
- A strong focus on achieving sales goals and improving key performance indicators.
- Understanding of the retail industry and specific product categories can be beneficial.
- Experience in integrating online and offline channels for a seamless customer experience.
- Ability to adapt to evolving technologies and market trends.
