We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Head of E-Commerce & Digital Marketing to drive brand awareness and revenue growth across both online and offline channels. This role involves developing and executing integrated marketing and sales strategies, with a strong focus on e-commerce performance and digital marketing. The ideal candidate has a data-driven mindset and is passionate about identifying product opportunities through market and competitor research.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, Communications, or a related field
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a Digital Marketing Leader, focusing on E-Commerce & Social Media Strategy (preferably with experience in building new brands)
- Proven expertise in managing TikTok Ads, Marketplace Ads, and Relationship Management
- Strong experience in campaign optimization to achieve high ROAS (Return on Ad Spend)
- Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate marketing and sales performance reports
- Hands-on experience in end-to-end digital product launches and branding
- Passion for gadgets and technology is a plus
- Willing to be based in Malang, Indonesia
