Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Develop and execute end-to-end driver acquisition strategy to support rapid business expansion
- Lead large-scale, high-volume driver recruitment initiatives across multiple cities
- Optimize digital acquisition channels including Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and other performance marketing platforms
- Design and manage recruitment funnels to maximize conversion rates and cost efficiency
- Monitor KPIs such as CPL, CAC, conversion rate, and onboarding success rate
- Analyze data and campaign performance to continuously improve acquisition effectiveness
- Collaborate closely with Operations, Marketing, and Regional Teams to align hiring targets with business needs
- Build partnerships with external vendors, communities, and driver networks to expand sourcing channels
- Lead and develop a high-performing acquisition team
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 15 years of professional experience, with significant exposure in driver acquisition, mass hiring, or large-scale recruitment operations
- Proven track record in managing high-volume hiring campaigns
- Strong expertise in digital campaign management (Meta Ads, Google Ads, and similar platforms)
- Highly data-driven with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Experience managing cross-functional stakeholders at senior management level
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Experience in ride-hailing, logistics, transportation, or tech-driven companies is highly preferred
- Able to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
