Head of Data

a. Responsible and reporting to the Head of IT Lending & Enterprise Applications Division for the implementation of Data Management functions and maintenance of IT systems and projects handled.

b. Ensure the following are implemented within the scope of the Data Management Department:

I. Contribute to the implementation of derivative Key Performance Indicators.

II. Understand the company's strategy, internal and external needs for appropriate information technology solutions.

Ill. Prepare and formulate a work program implementation plan for the Data Management Department.

IV. Monitor and evaluate the implementation of IT-related projects in the assigned functional aspects.

V. Analyze and propose the need for resources and infrastructure needed to align with projects related to the Data Management Department's work program.

VI. Monitor and ensure the delivery of Data Analytics and Data Engineering, and maintenance of applications handled to comply with applicable provisions and regulations and the established service level.

VIl. Ensure that the Performance, Reliability, Availability, Recoverability, and Security aspects are well maintained for the IT system under his/her responsibility.

VIII. Conducting assessments, establishing controls, and mitigating IT risks or potential risks.

IX. Anticipating potential issues related to the system, managing and resolving these issues before they become critical issues. XI. Ensuring continuous follow-up of internal audit/examination findings.

X. Encouraging all levels under its coordination to always provide a good customer experience, increase cost efficiency, and optimize the capital/operational expenditure that will be used.

XI. Building good cooperation and communication between the Bank's internal Work Units, external parties and work partners so that optimal synergy is created.

XII. Preparing and updating the necessary documentation for the IT system that is its responsibility.

XIII. Encourage and ensure the confidentiality of the Bank's data, both data contained in applications, databases, and data related to the systems handled.
