Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Create and implement concepts, guidelines and strategies in various creative projects, while also ensuring completion.
Assess project scope, budget allocation, and briefs to ensure that all information are captured.
Create a working framework and collaborate with Account Executives to learn about the clients’ needs, while managing multiple briefs across departments.
Direct Creative team to make the best use of talents and ensure a smooth workflow from brief to execution in a timely manner.
Lead brainstorming sessions.
Revise material and presentations, approve or reject ideas, provide feedback to important stakeholders, and set quality control standards in accordance with relevant stakeholders.
Evaluate organisational structure, teach and mentor subordinates to become successful professionals, and meet timelines, quality, as well as business objectives.
Monitor team work and propose future actions, such as identifying roadblocks or preventive measures.
Other tasks as assigned

Kualifikasi

Proven hands-on experience in both image and interactive media creative production processes, such as short videos and livestream.
Possess leadership skills with the ability to set and prioritise goals. Capable of being both a coach and a player with a “Project Manager” competencies.
Effective written, verbal, and oral communication skills in Bahasa and English is a must. Mandarin or Chinese language proficiency in verbal and oral communication is preferred.
Detail oriented and results driven.
A female candidate with a high level of professional ethics and integrity is preferred
