We are looking for a strategic and data-driven Head of Campaign to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth through well-executed marketing campaigns. This role is ideal for someone with a strong analytical mindset, a deep understanding of growth strategies, and experience scaling marketing efforts in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Growth Strategy & Campaign Planning

  • Develop and execute growth-focused campaign strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to identify new customer segments, optimize funnel conversion, and maximize LTV (Lifetime Value).
  • Build and refine a performance-based campaign framework, ensuring all initiatives align with revenue goals and business KPIs.
  • Conduct in-depth market research, A/B testing, and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for optimization.

Performance Optimization & Experimentation

  • Work closely with Performance Marketing, CRM, and Product teams to implement growth experiments across multiple marketing channels.
  • Leverage paid and organic channels (SEO, paid media, social, influencers, referral, email, and partnerships) to scale campaigns efficiently.
  • Continuously analyze funnel metrics to optimize spend and campaign performance.

Data-Driven Decision Making & Reporting

  • Set up data tracking systems and dashboards to monitor campaign performance in real time.
  • Use predictive analytics to anticipate trends and proactively adjust strategies.
  • Report key findings and insights to C-level stakeholders, translating data into actionable growth strategies.

Cross-Functional Leadership & Collaboration

  • Lead and mentor a high-performing growth campaign team focused on experimentation and impact.
  • Work closely with across divisions to align campaigns with broader growth initiatives.
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with agencies, influencers, and affiliates to scale acquisition efforts.

Kualifikasi

  • 6-10+ years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or strategic campaign management.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience in data-driven marketing and funnel optimization.
  • Expertise in performance metrics and proficiency in Google Analytics, SQL, CRM tools, and marketing automation platforms.
  • Proven track record of scaling acquisition and retention campaigns across multiple channels (paid media, referral, lifecycle marketing, etc.).
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple high-impact projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Understanding of growth loops and product-led growth strategies.
