- Lead and manage the Business Development team
- Develop and execute sales strategies
- Identify and create new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (any field, technical background is a plus)
- Strong preference for candidates with experience in consulting, education, technology, or AI industries.
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Proven experience in business development or sales B2B
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Based in or willing to be placed in Surabaya
