1.Brand Strategy, Positioning & Identity
- Own and refine Astro’s brand strategy to establish a distinct and compelling market presence.
- Ensure brand consistency across all internal and external touchpoints, including digital, offline, and in-app experiences.
- Continuously evolve Astro’s brand positioning to stay relevant to Indonesian consumers.
2. Brand Narrative, Values & Guidelines
- Develop and articulate Astro’s brand story, mission, and core values to resonate with customers.
- Create and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency in tone of voice, visuals, and messaging.
- Educate and align internal teams on brand principles to maintain a cohesive identity across all initiatives.
3. Campaign Development & Execution
- Lead the strategy and execution of high-impact campaigns, including:
- Ramadan Campaigns – tapping into cultural moments to drive engagement.
- End-of-Year & Anniversary Campaigns – celebrating milestones and increasing brand love.
- Seasonal & Tactical Campaigns – leveraging key shopping periods and trends to maximize impact.
- Collaborate with creative teams, agencies, and partners to develop engaging content and marketing assets.
4. Cross-Functional Brand Alignment
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure brand consistency across all consumer-facing channels:
- Social Media & KOLs – Ensure influencers and content align with brand identity.
- Growth & Performance Marketing – Collaborate on organic and paid strategies to boost awareness.
- Partnerships & Collaborations – Identify and execute co-branding opportunities with strategic partners.
5. Organic Traffic Growth
- Develop and implement strategies to drive organic traffic to Astro’s app through brand storytelling and content marketing.
- Optimize social media, SEO, and PR efforts to increase visibility and engagement.
- Track and analyze organic growth metrics to refine strategies for continuous improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 8+ years of experience in brand management or marketing, with a focus on digital and organic growth.
- Proven experience in leading large-scale market moment campaigns.
- Strong understanding of consumer insights, with the ability to turn data into actionable brand strategies.
- Excellent stakeholder management and team leadership skills.
- Ability to influence cross-functional teams and prioritize initiatives that align with brand goals.
- Highly motivated, self-driven, and organized with a strong ability to follow through on complex projects.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Experience with brand health monitoring tools and analysis.
