Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Monitor all HR processes related to DC employees (Attendance, Payroll, BPJS, Insurance).
Coordinate with internal/external parties related to the needs of DC employees.
Responsible for DC personnel recruitment process.

Kualifikasi

Candidates must own at least a Bachelor's degree from Psychology/ Law/ HR Management/ similar major with a minimum GPA of 3.00 (on a 4.00 scale).
Must Have at least 2-3 year of experience as a HR Supervisor role or similar role
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
Experienced in recruitment, people development, industrial relation function is a plus
