- Introduces and tests the market with new products which are market-oriented in terms of price and product.
- Reviews menus, analyzes recipes, determines food and labor overhead costs, and assigns prices to menu items.
- Maintains profitable food production levels according to forecasts.
- Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently.
- Creative vision and culinary innovation, with a passion for pushing boundaries and creating memorable dining experiences.
Kualifikasi
- At least 3 - 4 years of experience in a similar position.
- Passionate and detailed with a positive personality, strong communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Adaptability, the ability to juggle multiple projects, and strong skills in culinary strategic management.
- Introduces and tests the market with new products which are market-oriented in terms of price and product.
- Reviews menus, analyzes recipes, determines food and labor overhead costs, and assigns prices to menu items.
- Maintains profitable food production levels according to forecasts.
- Up-to-date knowledge of cooking techniques and recipes, keeping up with cooking trends and best practices.
- Skilled in using a WOK for high-heat cooking and stir-fry techniques.
- Experienced in handling Korean, Chinese or Western cuisine, with a deep understanding of their flavors and cooking methods.
- Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently.
- Creative vision and culinary innovation, with a passion for pushing boundaries and creating memorable dining experiences.
- Well-organized, dynamic, and able to work in teams.
- Able to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing.
- Culinary degree or equivalent certification preferred.
- Immediate availability to join.
