Organizational & people development
Performance Management
HRIS Implementation
Administrative duties

Kualifikasi

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Have a strong knowledge in Human Resources Management and Personel Management skills
Min. 3 years experiences as Supervisor / Jr. Manager
Experience in developing HR policies and implementing HRIS
Strong understanding of HR practices and regulations
Excellent interpersonals and communications skills
Ability to work effectively in a team
Experience in the IT and Telecommunication industry is a plus
