Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Answer and connect incoming calls to departments or guest rooms in a courteous manner.
Provide information regarding hotel facilities, restaurants, and other services to guests.
Record and forward guest requests to the relevant departments.
Receive and relay guest complaints to the appropriate parties for follow-up.
Operate the hotel telephone system (PABX/operator) and record messages.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest needs are met.
Deliver friendly and professional service in accordance with hotel standards.

Kualifikasi

Able to communicate in English and there will be an English conversation test as part of the recruitment process
Previous experience as a Guest Service Operator / Telephone Operator in a hotel
Strong guest service skills with a professional demeanor
Placement: Client is a 5-star hotel in the Pecenongan area – Central Jakarta
