Define and lead full-funnel growth strategy, aligning brand, acquisi on, and product
Own annual 360° integrated marke ng strategy and campaign roadmap
Identify market gaps, emerging trends, and white-space opportunities
Translate insights into actionable strategies and growth experiments
Develop and execute Mega & Macro KOL strategy to drive scale and brand trust Exposure → Click → Register → Apply → Approval → Revenue
Drive decision-making through real-time dashboards and performance reporting

4–7+ years in Growth / Performance Marketing / Strategy roles
Proven track record of delivering measurable user growth and cost efficiency (CAC / CPAP)
Deep understanding of full-funnel growth and conversion optimization
Strong data mindset: able to analyze, interpret, and act on data quickly
Hands-on experience managing KOL campaigns (especially Mega & Macro tier)
Result-oriented — accountable for business outcomes, not just plans
Experience with attribution systems, dashboards, and growth analytics tools
