Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Develop and execute full-funnel growth strategy (acquisition → activation → conversion → retention)
- Lead paid ads (Meta, TikTok, Google), organic social, KOL & partnership strategy
- Optimize landing pages and improve CVR through A/B testing
- Manage performance marketing budget and CAC efficiency
- Collaborate with product & content team to increase qualified leads
- Analyze weekly metrics: CPL, CPA, ROAS, LTV, WTP quality
Kualifikasi
- 3–5 years experience in Growth / Performance Marketing
- Strong understanding of funnel metrics & data-driven decision making
- Experience managing monthly ads budget > IDR 100M
- Hands-on in Meta Ads & Google Ads
- Strong analytical & strategic thinking
- Experience in education / youth market is a plus
