The Mandate

Stop Spending. Start Investing.

The Reality: Most marketers think their job is to spend a budget. At our company, your job is to return a profit on that budget. We are not looking for a "Brand Guardian" or a "Social Media Manager." We are looking for a relentless experimenter who is obsessed with the funnel.

We are a profitable fintech Company group. We don't need vanity metrics (likes/views). We need depositors.

Who You Are: You live in spreadsheets, not only in Canva or other fancy designing tools. You understand that a beautiful ad that doesn't convert is a failure, and an ugly ad that converts at 5% is a masterpiece. You are T-shaped: you know enough copy, design, and data to execute experiments alone without waiting for other departments.

The Mission

  • The Mathematical Funnel: You will own the CAC to LTV ratio. If the math doesn't work, you kill the channel.
  • Ruthless Experimentation: You will run A/B tests weekly. You fail fast, learn cheap, and scale what works.
  • Lifecycle Engineering: You don't stop when they click “Try demo”. You obsess over the "Aha! Moment"—getting them to their first transaction and turning them into sticky users.
  • Channel Agnostic: You don't care if the user comes from TikTok, SEO, or a referral program. You care about the quality and cost of that user.

Kualifikasi

The "Proof" (Application Requirement)

Skip the cover letter. Send a 1-page "Growth Case Study" answering these two points:

  1. The Hack: Describe a specific growth experiment you designed and executed. What was the hypothesis, what data did you track, and what was the exact result? (e.g., "I changed the CTA button color and increased signups by 12%," or "I cut ad spend by 50% by narrowing the audience and kept the same conversion volume.")
  2. The Failure: Tell us about an experiment that failed miserably. What did the data tell you, and how did you pivot?

Your Must-Have

  • B2B Specialist: Minimum 3 years in the B2B trenches. You must have run WhatsApp/Email sequences, LinkedIn strategies, webinars, and retargeting campaigns—all while maintaining strict CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost) discipline.
  • The Full-Stack Creator: You aren't just a manager; you can actually write the copy and design the ads/posts that convert.

The Deal Breakers (Do not apply if...)

  • The "Channel Doer": If you execute campaigns but don't understand the math, the attribution, or the data behind them.
  • The "Silo" Worker: If you come from a massive corporation where your role was limited to one tiny task (e.g., only SEO or only Email). We need a Swiss Army Knife.
  • You think "Brand Awareness" is a primary KPI.
  • You cannot use Excel/Google Sheets to analyze cohort retention.
  • You need an external agency to execute every campaign.

Why Us? We have the capital and the product. We just need the pilot. If you can prove your experiments work, we will give you the budget to scale them to the moon. You won’t be limited by:

  • Ages (40+ are also welcome here)
  • Education fields, nor any certifications
  • Ability in using various CRM tools
