Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Take ownership of prioritized OKR metrics that lead to revenue and profitability, and define the right solutions to achieve incremental results
- Discover business problems and growth opportunities in the business and customer metrics by exploring business data, transaction data, customer activity within our data warehouse and actual customer insights
- Operate single or a combination of multiple initiatives (e.g. content/communication, vouchers/promotion, value prop changes)
- Validate solutions and other related hypotheses through robust data-driven experimentation
- Present experiment and campaign insights to senior management to drive business and strategic decision-making on prioritization
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor or Masters from any major.
- >5 year(s) experience in product or growth positions with a proven track record in a fast-paced environment (preferably from tech company)
- Ability to synthesize complex ideas into simple recommendations.
