  • Be the key person to enable scalable operations, innovations, and technical leadership in digital marketing
  • Conduct strategic road mapping that is in line with current technological advancement, competitive landscape, digital market research as well as internal use cases
  • Have the ability to effectively align your work with the expected company strategy and/or direction in the form of digital marketing programs
  • Perform as a leader who is not only an expert in the field but also resourceful and at the same time can serve as a trusted digital marketing counselor
  • Be a designer and organizer for a digital marketing team in order to optimize team performances and business value achievement
  • Take the necessary measure in anticipation of the future digital direction, make a plan as well as create digital marketing programs
  • Align program executions with the whole team of digital marketing 
  • Run effective campaigns across acquisition channels, including SEO, paid search, social media, and retargeting 
  • Periodically and meticulously test and optimize the existing various channels to acquire new clients 
  • Develop strong landing page strategies, track and communicate key metrics that provide executable insight
  • Develop strong content marketing and landing page strategies, track and communicate key metrics that provide executable insight 


  • Possess at least 4 years of experience in related growth marketing 
  • Possess a proven achievement record of running campaigns successfully to obtain new customers via varied channels in a growth environment
  • A portfolio of successful growth implementations and interventions
  • Expertise in marketing, online strategies, user experience, and business development
  • Strong analytical skills, including A/B testing, web metrics, and sales metrics
  • Skilled at web optimization, sales generation, conversion analysis, and creating sales funnels
  • Knowledge of various growth-hacking tools, such as automation and campaign monitoring platforms
  • Experienced in both setting and superfluously meeting the KPIs for marketing performances
  • Experienced in both launching and overseeing structured tests to examine hypotheses
  • Experienced in using Excel, Google Analytics, and AdWords 
  • possess basic knowledge of WordPress
  • Comfortable working with data, products, and a team of designers
  • A bachelor's degree in marketing, strategy, business management, or similar
