🚀 About the Role
As the Growth & Partnerships Manager, you’ll play a key role in driving KFI’s brand, audience, and partnership expansion. You’ll develop strategic collaborations with brands, media, and community partners — while ensuring all partnerships deliver measurable value and support KFI’s long-term growth goals.
You’ll work closely with our marketing, events, and digital teams to create integrated campaigns that boost engagement and sponsorship ROI.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
Partnership & Sponsorship Strategy
- Identify, approach, and negotiate partnerships with brands, media, and institutional partners.
- Design and implement partnership proposals that align with KFI’s audience and brand vision.
- Manage relationships with sponsors — from onboarding to activation and performance review.
- Ensure all sponsorship deliverables are fulfilled and reported transparently.
Growth & Brand Expansion
- Develop and execute strategies to grow KFI’s audience base (fans, players, digital reach).
- Collaborate with marketing and digital teams to increase visibility, engagement, and brand awareness.
- Leverage data and market insights to identify new revenue opportunities and partnership categories.
Cross-Team Collaboration
- Work closely with event and content teams to ensure partner integration across all platforms.
- Maintain consistent communication with internal stakeholders to ensure business objectives are met.

Kualifikasi
💼 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or related field.
- 4–7 years of experience in partnerships, business development, sponsorship, or brand management, ideally in sports, media, or event industries.
- Proven track record in securing and managing sponsorship or partnership deals.
- Strong network within the sports, FMCG, lifestyle, or tech brand ecosystems is a plus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to turn insights into strategic actions.
- Passion for sports (especially futsal or football) and community development.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative, and growth-oriented environment.
