Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Understanding users journey including trying it yourself, interview, talk to our customers, having FGD, talk to competitors (if possible)
- Having close relationships with PMs/STOs and understanding their plan, pain points, and absorbing as much information and hypotheses as possible
- Deep diving the hypothesis through our data and validating what’s the impact
- Managing experiments with other team to get the best solution
- Creating business case after validated successful experiments
Kualifikasi
- Have the ability and habit to apply a sense of wonder and a desire to learn more
- Ready to fail, evaluate, and improve
- 3+ years’ experience in analytic scope
- Have experience in SQL as day to day basis
