Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  1. Leading the development and execution of comprehensive marketing business plan to achieve business objectives and drive growth.
  2. Analyzing market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to develop strategic decision-making, identify opportunities and product differentiations.
  3. Developing and managing marketing budgets, timelines, and resources allocation to ensure efficient and effective execution of marketing initiatives.
  4. Build and maintain strategic relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
  5. Oversee and manage several cross-functional teams and multiple projects simultaneously.
  6. Identify and track relevant performance indicators to ensure alignment with company goals and make recommendations on possible improvement opportunities.
  7. Leading and developing a team of marketing professionals, providing mentorship, guidance, and support.

Kualifikasi

  1. Candidate must possess minimum a bachelor’s degree, Pharmacy/Pharmacology or Science.
  2. At least 5 years(s) of working experience in a Pharmaceutical company.
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Proficiency in English both, written and spoken.
  5. Willing to travel domestic and International.
