As a Group Brand Manager for the HORECA Channel, you will be responsible for driving business growth and brand development across hotels, restaurants, and cafés.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the development of HORECA business, including product portfolio, launch plans, route-to-market strategy, channel development, marketing plans and execution.
  2. Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams for product development initiatives
  3. Monitor overall business performance, including, sales target, sales achievement, distribution coverage and account productivity
  4. Prepare and present business plans, monthly performance reviews, and strategic initiatives to Management / Board of Directors
  5. Develop market insights related to customers (cafés, restaurants, hotels), competitors and pricing landscape

Kualifikasi

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  2. Minimum 5–8 years of experience in Brand Management / Marketing, preferably in FMCG or HORECA-related industries
  3. Strong understanding of HORECA channel dynamics (hotels, restaurants, cafés)
  4. Proven experience in product development, brand strategy, and go-to-market execution
  5. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into strategies
  6. Excellent communication and presentation skills
  7. Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders
  8. Results-driven, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
