Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Conceptualize and execute visual designs from ideas for branding, marketing, and social media campaigns.
- Collaborate with the digital marketing team to align design strategies with marketing goals and contribute creative input.
- Create and edit engaging content for social media, including photos and videos, using Adobe Creative Suite.
- Design user-friendly web application interfaces with intuitive and visually appealing layouts.
- Stay updated on industry trend and incorporate innovative design ideas to keep the brand's visual content fresh.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and organized documentation.
- Ensure all designs meet quality standards, brand guidelines, and are error-free before final production.
- Communicate with stakeholders to understand design requirements and make revisions based on feedback.
Kualifikasi
- At least 1-2 YoE as a graphic designer preferred, but fresh graduates of Visual Communication Design (DKV) with strong portfolios are welcome to apply.
- Expertise in using Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop and After Effects).
- Familiarity with video editing tools is preferred (Premiere Pro and CapCut).
- Experience in designing UI for web applications, with a focus on user-friendly designs is a plus.
- Understanding of fundamental design principles such as typography, layout design, and color theory.
- Highly creative minds with knowledge of industry trends and the ability to think out of the box.
- Proven track record in creating graphics that capture attention and drive conversions.
- Ability to manage quick project turnarounds and thrive under stringent deadlines.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and take constructive feedback.
- Willing to be placed in our office location in Cempaka Mas, Kemayoran Jakarta Pusat.
