Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Create engaging visual designs that are consistent with the company brand guidelines (colors, fonts, tone).
Develop visual materials for internal communication needs such as HR announcements, birthday greetings, employee recognition, and policy updates.
Support design needs across various stakeholders and departments.
Assist the internal creative/design team of Wilopo Cargo on multiple visual and branding projects.
Deliver design projects accurately and within the assigned deadlines.
Ensure all visual assets maintain a high standard of quality and brand alignment.

Kualifikasi

Active university student or fresh graduate majoring in Visual Communication Design, Multimedia, Graphic Design, or a related field.
Open to other majors with relevant design portfolio and strong interest in visual design.
Proficient in design tools such as: Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Lightroom) and Canva
Strong creativity, communication skills, and willingness to receive and apply feedback.
Able to propose fresh and innovative visual ideas aligned with branding direction.
Capable of adapting quickly, managing priorities, and working under tight deadlines.
Work From Office (WFO) at PIK 2, North Jakarta.
Portfolio submission is required.
