The role
You'll be key to ensuring our brand and all the components deliver a consistent look, feel and voice. From our logo, website and app graphics through to our advertising and marketing materials. We're looking for a designer who is highly creative and can create engaging designs to captivate and generate curiosity. You won't be shy to create edgy and impactful designs.
Duties and responsibilities
- Participate in project brief and design concept meetings
- Understand design brief/concept and determine timeframe (and budget if required) for completion
- Ensure stakeholders are kept up to date and managing expectations
- Conceptualize visuals based on design brief/concept
- Prepare drafts and present ideas based on design brief/concept
- Develop illustrations and graphics using software or by hand
- Use appropriate colours and layouts based on our brand guide
- Work with copywriters and other members of our marketing team to ensure graphics are visually appealing and on-brand
- Ability to explain the rationale behind the illustrations and graphics
- Amend designs after feedback from stakeholders
- Seek approval for final designs
Kualifikasi
Work experience and skills
- Proven experience with a strong portfolio of previous designs
- Familiarity with design software such as Photoshop and Illustrator
- An eye for detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Self-starter with the ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
