GRAPHIC DESIGNER Full-time | On-site, Jakarta

About the Role We're looking for a self-driven, responsible, creative graphic designer to handle visual content for 2 consumer lifestyle brands.

Responsibilities:

• Social media graphics and carousel ads
• Email marketing visuals and website banners
• Promotional and campaign creatives
• Ad hoc design support including POSM, product catalogs, and marketplace asset updates (periodic, not ongoing)

How We Work We're a small, lean team. There's no micromanagement here, but there's also no hand-holding. You're expected to manage your own time, meet your deadlines, and raise problems before they become bigger problems. We move fast, we trust you to do your job, and we expect you to take ownership of your results.

What Success Looks Like (3-Month Probation)

• Delivers all content assets on time weekly without reminders
• Demonstrates clear understanding of brand aesthetics by month 2 — minimal revision needed
• Demonstrates product knowledge by month 2 — understands the apparel range, product USPs, and sleepsack use cases well enough to make informed design decisions without constant briefing
• POSM, catalog, and marketplace assets executed accurately with little back and forth
• Proactively flags capacity or brief issues before deadlines are affected
• Output consistently maintains or elevates brand visual standards across both brands
