Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  • Design product boxes, labels, and packaging according to brand needs.
  • Create key visuals and layouts based on briefs.
  • Develop visuals for social media, campaigns, promotional materials, and brand collaterals.
  • Produce simple motion graphics and short videos.
  • Execute design tasks: layout composition, image editing, typography, and color correction.
  • Perform photo editing: retouching, color grading, and clean-up.
  • Assist in developing and executing design concepts for internal and external marketing materials.
  • Conduct visual research on market, competitor, and design trends related to lifestyle, wellness, and FMCG.
  • Prepare visual references, moodboards, and design directions based on audience insights.
  • Create 3D product mockups for visual campaigns (a plus).
  • Collaborate with the content and marketing team to maintain brand consistency.

Kualifikasi

  • 2–3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer.
  • Strong aesthetic sense and understanding of premium lifestyle branding.
  • Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and other design tools.
  • Skilled in photo editing (retouching, color grading, clean-up).
  • Able to create motion graphics (After Effects, Premiere, or CapCut).
  • Solid understanding of layout, photography principles, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
  • Creative, detail-oriented, meticulous, and visually sharp.
  • Experience in lifestyle, wellness, or FMCG brands is preferable.
  • 3D design or 3D mockup experience is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related major is preferable.
  • Portfolio is required.
