Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Analyze project briefs, clarify objectives, and develop creative design concepts.
Design and produce visual assets (both motion and static) for eCommerce, offline activations, social media, and point-of-purchase (POP) displays.
Manage deadlines efficiently and organize multimedia assets.
Stay up to date with industry trends and actively seek feedback for improvement.
Collaborate effectively with team members and provide clear progress updates.

Kualifikasi

Adaptive, creative, and a strong communicator with excellent teamwork skills and a sense of responsibility.
Minimum education: SMA/SMK, maximum age: 26 years.
Design experience required (personal projects are acceptable). A portfolio is a must.
Proficient in design software (Adobe Suite) with a solid understanding of basic design theory.
A genuine passion for design with a keen eye for aesthetics and great taste.
Possessing good command of written English.
Comfortable working on both macOS and Windows.
Familiarity with AI-related tools, especially in the design field, is a plus.
