Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Position: Graphic Designer

Location: On-Site

Type: Full-Time

Start Date: ASAP

Responsibilities

Graphic & Visual Design

Create compelling graphics for web, social media, ads, and print
Maintain and evolve brand identity across all visual assets
Design materials for campaigns, product launches, and content series
Develop layouts, illustrations, icons, and infographics that support storytelling

Product & Web Design

Assist in designing user interfaces for landing pages, product pages, and internal tools
Collaborate with product and marketing teams to ensure UI/UX consistency
Help build wireframes, mockups, and design systems when needed

Content Creation

Take product and lifestyle photos for use in marketing and social channels
Capture and edit video content (e.g., Reels, TikToks, product demos)
Work closely with the marketing team to plan and execute visual campaigns
Ensure content is optimized for each platform and aligned with brand style

Kualifikasi

Requirements

2+ years of experience in graphic design (agency or in-house preferred)
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and/or Figma
Experience with photography and video editing (e.g., Adobe Premiere, CapCut, or similar)
Solid portfolio showcasing branding, digital, and product/web design
Strong understanding of design principles, typography, layout, and color theory
Motion graphics and 3D design skills are a strong plus
Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple design tasks simultaneously
Experience in the mom and baby industry
Experience with studio lighting or product shoot setups
