Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Develop creative concepts and designs for branding, marketing materials, digital assets, and other visual content.
Create and edit graphics, illustrations, and layouts using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
Ensure brand consistency across all design projects, including social media, websites, print materials, and advertisements.
Collaborate with marketing and content teams to develop engaging visuals for campaigns.
Work on UI/UX-related projects using tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD (preferred but not required).
Master typography, color theory, and layout design to enhance brand storytelling.
Design visual identities, including logos, branding elements, and style guides.
Keep up with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to ensure fresh and innovative output.

Kualifikasi

2–4 years of professional design experience (3+ years for mid-to-senior roles).
Strong portfolio showcasing creativity, design skills, and previous projects.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
Knowledge of UI/UX design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD) is a plus.
Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and creativity.
Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
