We’re looking for a talented Graphic Designer to bring creativity to life across both digital and print platforms. In this role, you’ll work closely with our marketing and product teams to craft stunning visuals that not only align with our brand but also captivate and inspire our audience. If you’re passionate about design and eager to make an impact, we’d love to see what you can create!
Key Responsibilities:
- Create visually appealing designs for digital and print media.
- Collaborate with teams to develop designs that align with brand guidelines and business goals.
- Manage multiple projects, ensuring high-quality, on-time delivery.
- Edit and optimize images for various platforms, ensuring correct formats and sizes.
- Stay updated on design trends and tools to produce innovative visuals.
- Present design concepts to stakeholders, incorporating feedback and revisions.
- Maintain consistency across all design projects and uphold brand guidelines.
- Assist in creating branding materials, including logos, color schemes, and fonts.
- Review and finalize designs based on feedback before production.
Kualifikasi
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 2+ years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design skills.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and design principles.
- Ability to create both print and digital designs.
- Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for design aesthetics.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to take feedback and adjust designs accordingly.
- Time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Preferred:
- Experience in motion graphics or video editing (Adobe After Effects or similar tools).
- Knowledge of UI/UX design principles.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Familiarity with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Canva.
