Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  1. Menciptakan desain grafis untuk kebutuhan marketing (media sosial, website, iklan, katalog, dll.).
  2. Mengembangkan konsep visual yang sesuai dengan brand identity.
  3. Memastikan konsistensi visual di seluruh platform.
  4. Berkolaborasi dengan tim marketing untuk mencapai target penjualan.
  5. Meningkatkan brand awareness dan engagement melalui desain kreatif.
  6. Menciptakan desain yang informatif dan menarik untuk meningkatkan penjualan.

Kualifikasi

  • Pendidikan minimal SMA/SMK Desain Grafis atau DKV (Diutamakan).
  • Pengalaman minimal 1 tahun sebagai Graphic Designer, khususnya di bidang marketplace atau produk outdoor lebih disukai.
  • Menguasai software desain seperti Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premiere/After Effects.
  • Mampu memanfaatkan AI Tools (seperti MidJourney, DALL-E, Canva AI, dll) untuk mempercepat proses desain.
  • Memiliki kreativitas tinggi, detail, dan mampu bekerja dengan deadline.
  • Memahami karakter visual yang cocok untuk pasar online dan produk outdoor.
  • Terbiasa bekerja dalam tim dan komunikatif.
  • Portofolio desain wajib dilampirkan saat melamar.
