Graphic Designer

This position bridges the gap between graphic design and content creation, requiring candidates to approach all content briefs with a strong foundation in design thinking.

Design

• Support the Creative Director and Art Director in shaping visual strategies and developing design approaches for a wide range of content.
• Generate visual design options and recommend the most relevant methods and approach for each brief.
• Oversee and manage all assets and ensuring design outputs are delivered to stakeholders accurately and on time.

Photography

• Plan and execute photo shoots for product, lifestyle, campaign, and event content
• Style and shoot high-quality visuals for web, social media, and marketing assets
• Retouch and edit images to meet brand visual standards
• Manage photo equipment and maintain an organized image library

Videography

• Shoot and edit short-form and long-form videos for brand storytelling, product highlights, tutorials, behind-the-scenes, and more
• Handle pre-production (scripting, storyboarding, location planning) to post-production (editing, color grading, audio syncing)
• Create engaging visual narratives that align with campaign objectives
• Collaborate with team members to bring concepts to life in motion

Creative Collaboration & Execution

• Work closely with Marketing and Creative teams to understand campaign needs and content direction
• Contribute creative input during content planning or brainstorming sessions
• Help plan and direct subjects during shoots to ensure best results
• Ensure all visual output stays aligned with brand aesthetics and voice
