Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Establishes overall business and operational strategy, and new opportunities to meet strategic business plan.
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
- Creates program development budgets and opportunity, annual sales, and business plan
- Maintain daily operations of all outlet operational activity. Analyze, control, and monitor labor cost and COGS.
- Collaborate with marketing team to create a marketing and promotion plan.
- Generate reports to the COO regarding sales, profit & loss and expense control.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor's degree from any major.
- Have a minimum 5 years of work experience in food and beverage company.
- Fluent in English.
- Have analytical and problem solving skills.
- Able to work under pressure and target oriented.
- Have ability to lead, delegate, train and provide motivation to increase employee loyalty
