Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Lead and drive programmatic revenue growth across Emtek Digital by developing strategy, strengthening partnerships with agencies and DSPs, and optimizing monetization across Vidio and KLY. Responsible for revenue targets, inventory packaging (PMP, PG), yield optimization, and cross platform integration with digital and TV assets. Collaborate with Sales, AdOps, and Product teams to maximize performance and scalability.
Kualifikasi
- 8–12+ years experience in digital media/programmatic sales
- Proven track record in driving programmatic revenue growth
- Strong network with agencies (GroupM, Dentsu, Publicis) and DSPs (TTD, DV360)
- Solid understanding of programmatic ecosystem and monetization strategy
- Leadership experience managing teams and cross-functional stakeholders
- Strong commercial, analytical, and strategic thinking skills
