This role requires a deep understanding of digital advertising, programmatic technologies, and client relationship management. Candidate will be responsible for driving programmatic revenue growth, developing go-to-market strategies, leading a high-performing sales team, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions to clients and agencies.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 8–10 years of experience in digital media sales, with at least 5 years in programmatic advertising.
- Proven track record in programmatic revenue growth and team leadership.
- Strong knowledge of the programmatic ecosystem including DSPs, SSPs, ad exchanges, and DMPs.
- Established relationships with media agencies, brand marketers, and ad tech partners.
- Exceptional strategic thinking, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving industry with a passion for innovation.
- Familar with Programmatic Advertising Platforms & Ecosystem Knowledge (DPSs, SSPs, DMPs, CDPs)
- Data & Analytics Skills : Strong grasp of data-driven sales and media performance metrics
- Familiar with analytics tools such as: Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, MOAT, IAS, or DoubleVerify for viewability/fraud metrics
