Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Support daily coordination with overseas suppliers, vendors, and logistics partners.
- Assist with procurement activities, including supplier sourcing, quotation requests, and purchase order processing.
- Monitor shipment status and coordinate deliveries with logistics providers.
- Prepare and maintain procurement, shipping, and operational documents.
- Follow up with suppliers on orders, delivery schedules, and product availability.
- Assist in managing inventory and purchasing requirements.
- Communicate with overseas business partners in Mandarin and English.
- Support vendor management and supplier relationship activities.
- Assist with operational reporting and administrative tasks.
- Support special projects and other operational activities as assigned.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree from a reputable university.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; candidates with 1–3 years of relevant experience are preferred.
- Experience in procurement, logistics, supply chain, operations, or international business is a plus.
- Fluent in Mandarin and English, both spoken and written.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to learn and grow in an international business environment.
