Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Manage the maintenance of office buildings and other supporting facilities.
- Manage the maintenance and upkeep of operational vehicles.
- Oversee the work of security and cleaning service personnel.
- Handle the procurement of office supplies (such as stationery) and work-related tools.
- Negotiate with vendors for the procurement of equipment and maintenance of company assets.
- Oversee the procurement, inventory management, and maintenance of company assets.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum education: Bachelor's degree in any field.
- MUST have at least 1 year of experience as an HRGA (in a corporate setting).
- Detail-oriented.
- Strong communication, time management, and initiative skills.
- Proficient in MS Office applications such as Excel, Word, etc.
- Experience with General Affairs systems (Asset Management System, Maintenance System).
- Able to join ASAP.
- Preferably residing in Jakarta/Tangerang/Bekasi.
- Work on-site at Bendungan Hilir, Central Jakarta (Monday to Friday).
