As a General Trade Online Supervisor you will:
- Manage data mapping and conduct regular audits of General Trade (GT) stores operating on e-commerce platforms.
- Ensure retail store stock availability is consistent with purchase volumes from authorized distributors.
- Maintain compliance with brand guidelines across store visuals, product descriptions, and naming standards.
- Act as the main coordination bridge between GT stores, distributors, and internal teams for promotions and campaign execution.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for GT store owners to resolve daily operational issues on e-commerce platforms.
- Monitor online pricing to maintain market stability and support trade marketing or incentive programs to improve GT online performance.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in General Trade, e-commerce operations, sales operations, or distributor management.
- Good understanding of marketplace operations (Shopee, Tiktok Tokopedia, Lazada) and GT distribution systems.
- Strong coordination and communication skills to manage relationships with stores, distributors, and internal teams.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to monitor pricing, inventory alignment, and store compliance with brand standards.
- Proficient in basic data analysis and reporting (Excel/Google Sheets); able to manage multiple GT stores effectively.
