Jess No Limit and Sisca Kohl's Team is looking for an experienced General Manager to lead and oversee the daily operations of our company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring our video production runs smoothly, content is delivered on schedule, and operations are efficient and product development for upcoming businesses is tracked effectively while contributing to the growth and development of our businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Production Management:
  • Oversee filming schedules and ensure all production requirements are met.
  • Manage post-production workflows, ensuring videos are edited and uploaded on time.
  • Collaborate with teams to optimize content strategies across various platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, etc.).
  • Operational Leadership:
  • Supervise and coordinate with team members, including video editors, social media specialists, and production staff.
  • Streamline workflows to improve efficiency and meet company goals.
  • Develop and manage budgets for operations and projects.
  • Growth and Strategy:
  • Plan and execute strategies to expand the business, including new revenue streams like merchandise, online courses, and events.
  • Track and analyze key performance metrics to ensure business success.
  • Build and maintain partnerships with brands, collaborators, and sponsors.
  • Upcoming Businesses Product Development Tracking:
  • Help monitor the progress of product development, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
  • Coordinate with the team on marketing strategies and promotional campaigns.
  • Identify opportunities to integrate products into content for cross-promotion.
  • Brand Management and Audience Development:
  • Work with the team to enhance audience engagement and ensure consistent brand presence.
  • Monitor and address audience feedback to maintain a strong community connection.
  • Crisis and Problem Management:
  • Address operational challenges and team conflicts effectively.
  • Ensure smooth operations even under unexpected circumstances.

Kualifikasi

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in management or leadership roles
  • Strong understanding of content creation, production workflows, and social media platforms.
  • Familiarity with product development cycles, marketing, and branding strategies.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Financial and budgeting skills to manage project costs effectively.
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to identify growth opportunities and implement plans.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse teams and partners.
  • Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
