Office Renovation & Workspace Project

• Supporting the office renovation/restructuring projects (layout, workstations, meeting room, internet, electricity, and furniture).

• Assisting with daily coordination with contractors, vendors and building management.

• Monitoring work progress and ensuring that the timelines are met.

• Creating a checklist of workspace readiness before usage.

• Documenting project progress (photos, reports, handover reports, RAB, and contracts).

Procurement & Vendor Management

• Assisting in the procurement of office supplies, work equipment, furniture, and office operational needs.

• Conducting vendor sourcing, price comparison, and bid evaluation.

• Create purchase requests/orders and track deliveries.

• Recap purchases, control stock, and administer invoices.

• Maintain the vendor database and company asset list.

Daily GA & Office Operations

• Support the smooth running of daily office operations (logistics, internal events, team needs).

• Assist with asset inventory and tagging.

• Compile weekly reports related to procurement and operations.

Kualifikasi

• Fresh graduates majoring in Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related majors.

• Interested in office operations, project management, and procurement.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced multitasking startup environment.

• Detail oriented, organized, proactive, and a problem solver.

• Communicative and confident in coordinating with vendors and internal teams.

• Proficient in using Excel/Google Sheets (basic formulas, summaries, and tracking).

• Willing to be mobile/work on-site during office renovations.
