Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Monitoring SmartForm tickets by checking incoming requests, verifying information, and keeping track of ticket progress
- Preparing, broadcasting, and conducting socialization of flyers to Corporate, Upstream, and Downstream teams
- Following up on ticket approvals and making sure each request is processed until it is completed
- Creating weekly and monthly reports, including total ticket volume processed, SLA performance, GA Dashboard updates, summaries of any special issues that occurred
- Escalating any unresolved issues to the Team Lead when needed
- Guiding users on how to properly use the correct SmartForm application or module
Kualifikasi
- Open to all majors
- Commitment to a 6-month internship
- Strong attention to detail and enjoy getting things right
- Good analytical skills
- A proactive and positive attitude, with motivation to take initiative and learn new things
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to use and excited to learn business process tools (such as SmartForm) and basic applications like Microsoft Office to support daily work
- Basic English skills (reading, writing, and speaking) to communicate clearly when needed
- Able to come up with new ideas and suggest better ways to complete tasks
- Demonstrates good organizational skills to manage tasks well and stay on track
