Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Oversee office maintenance and facility management to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
- Assist in procurement and inventory management of office supplies, equipment, and operational needs.
- Manage employee asset issuance, tracking, and return (e.g., laptops, mobile devices, access cards, uniforms).
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office needs, repairs, and supplies.
- Support workplace safety, health, and environmental compliance.
- Maintain and update records related to office assets, contracts, and permits.
- Assist in organizing company events, employee engagement activities, and administrative tasks.
- Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
- 1–2 years of experience in General Affairs, Office Administration, or a related field (fresh graduates with relevant experience are welcome).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with different teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace for administrative tasks.
- Detail-oriented with good problem-solving skills.
- Experience in a startup environment is a plus.
