As an General Affairs, you will:
- Handle daily office administration and facility management.
- Monitor and maintain office supplies and assets.
- Coordinate office maintenance, repairs, and cleanliness with vendors and building management.
- Support company events and office activities (meeting arrangements, documentation, etc.).
- Manage office utilities, parking, and security arrangements.
- Maintain documentation for company permits and office compliance as needed.
- Assist HR in employee needs related to office facilities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in any major.
- 1–2 years of experience in General Affairs or office administration.
- Good organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Able to work independently and coordinate with external vendors.
