Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Responsible for building maintenance, procuring stationery, and other office operational facilities
- Conduct periodic controls of the company's movable and immovable assets
- Responsible for General Affair payment administration
- Conduct vendor search and establish good relationships with vendors/external parties
- Handle all necessary permits and licenses
- Maintain communication with all divisions in the company
- Prepare administrative documents and file documents
Kualifikasi
- Male preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the General Affair field.
- Responsible and have high work loyalty
- Agile, integrity and well organized
- Proficient in using Ms. Office and Google Drive
- Understand movable, immovable, and inventory assets of the company
- Have strong interpersonal skills, discipline, multitasking and good communication skills
