As an General Affair Senior, you will:
- Manage daily office operations and ensure office facilities are well maintained.
- Coordinate with vendors, building management, and external service providers.
- Handle office procurement, inventory, and company asset management.
- Support employee operational needs and workplace experience.
- Ensure office cleanliness, safety, and operational readiness.
- Assist in handling company licenses, permits, and general administrative matters.
- Monitor operational budget and cost efficiency.
- Support company events, internal activities, and office projects.
- Manage operational vehicles, employee facilities, and other company supporting facilities.
- Supervise GA staff, office assistants, receptionist, drivers, or office support personnel if applicable.
- Develop and improve office operational SOPs and processes.
Kualifikasi
Qualification:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in General Affairs, Office Management, preferably in a manufacturing, beauty company.
- Strong coordination, communication, and problem solving skills.
- Experience managing vendors and office operations.
- Detail oriented, proactive, and able to work in fast-paced environments.
- Experience handling office relocation, renovation, or multi site operations.
- Experience leading operational support staff.
