Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  1. Manage and maintain company assets.
  2. Handle employees’ business travel arrangements.
  3. Monitor and control the General Affairs budget expenditures.
  4. Procure goods, facilities, and equipment to support employees and office activities.
  5. Prepare and submit reports related to GA activities.

Kualifikasi

  1. Bachelor’s degree from any major
  2. Have 1–2 years of experience in General Affairs/office management (preferred).
  3. Knowledge of asset management, procurement, and budgeting.
  4. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  5. Strong communication and organizational skills.
  6. Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
