Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Handle all visa processes for stakeholders and collaborate with other department, including application, extension, conversion, and cancellation.
- Support asset stakeholder and transportation services.
- Arrange accommodation and daily operational needs and coordinate with Office Boy (OB), Building Management, or property owners for maintenance or replacements.
- Provide administrative support, monthly SIM corporate mobile payments, visa processing payments, monthly apartment water and electricity payment submissions through the system
- Manage company assets such as mobile phones, corporate numbers, and office facilities.
- Collaborate with external vendor when required.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in any major.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in administration or General Affairs (fresh graduates are welcome).
- Detail-oriented and well organized.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Fluent in Mandarin is Must
