Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  1. Handle all visa processes for stakeholders and collaborate with other department, including application, extension, conversion, and cancellation.
  2. Support asset stakeholder and transportation services.
  3. Arrange accommodation and daily operational needs and coordinate with Office Boy (OB), Building Management, or property owners for maintenance or replacements.
  4. Provide administrative support, monthly SIM corporate mobile payments, visa processing payments, monthly apartment water and electricity payment submissions through the system
  5. Manage company assets such as mobile phones, corporate numbers, and office facilities.
  6. Collaborate with external vendor when required.

Kualifikasi

  1. Bachelor's degree in any major.
  2. Minimum 1 year of experience in administration or General Affairs (fresh graduates are welcome).
  3. Detail-oriented and well organized.
  4. Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  5. Fluent in Mandarin is Must
